Buy Sweeney Todd tickets

A Sweeney Todd ticket is the date on the listing, not a vibe. the building on the listing (Musical · Broadway / tour). Current dates are listed above. On the board now: Oct 15 at Short North Stage at Garden Theater - Columbus; Oct 15 at The Firehouse Theatre - Farmers Branch · Dallas, TX; Oct 16 at Short North Stage at Garden Theater - Columbus; Oct 16 at Central Lakes Community Performing Arts Center · Brainerd, MN. Skip the tribute. The headliner name has to match. Sweeney Todd is a Sondheim meat pie with a barber chair. Funny until it is not. The score is why people come back. The blood is why they tell their friends. Sweeney Todd is a barber, a pie, and a score that still wrecks a first-timer. The company on this date is this house — not the 2007 film, not last year's revival unless the listing says so. Independent resale is not the box office.

A floor ticket is not a club seat. A parking pass is not admission. Tribute and look-alike bills are not this page — confirm the headliner name on the listing. Compare the venue line: amphitheater, arena, and club maps do not interchange. For festival weekends instead of a tour date, browse Coachella, Ultra, or Lost Lands.

Sweeney Todd keeps coming back because a certain kind of crowd already knows the ending and still wants to sit in it. Leads turn. The title does not. Buy this building on this date, not a memory of someone else's Playbill. A 1979 score that keeps coming back because nobody else writes like that. Revivals change the furniture. The songs do not. A concert staging and a full pie shop are different tickets. Read the listing. A Sondheim machine companies never stop producing. Casts of Sweeneys turn. 'The Ballad of Sweeney Todd' does not. A movie night is not this ticket.

Kids, tourists, people who have seen it twice — all in the same house. Orchestra is money. Mezzanine is often the smarter picture. If the listing is a non-Equity tour, it is still the title. It is not the original Broadway company. A pit that works, a belt, a chair. Orchestra is faces. Mezzanine is the better picture of the shop. This is not a kids' night.
