ACT Theatre / Allen is a live venue in Seattle, WA — Broadway-style, concert, comedy, and residency calendars each use their own inventory. Not T-Mobile Park, not Climate Pledge Arena, not Lumen Field. This BuyTickets.com page is independent ticket resale — not the venue box office, not Ticketmaster, not AXS. ACT Theatre’s Allen Theatre is the downtown Seattle resident house in Kreielsheimer Place — not 5th Avenue Theatre Broadway, not Paramount Seattle, not Climate Pledge Arena. Independent resale — not ACT. Orchestra, mezzanine, balcony, boxes, and standing room (when offered) are different maps. A partial-view listing is still a real seat in this room — read the note. Matinees and evening performances of the same title are different inventory. Touring Broadway, comedy, and concerts may restage the house; open the date you want. BuyTickets.com checkout stays on checkout.buytickets.com. Prices are resale — they can sit above or below face as demand moves through the 2026 calendar.
