Lin-Manuel Miranda built a three-hour argument out of Treasury documents and mixtape cadences. Ten years on, it is not a fad. The show workshopped, exploded off-Broadway at the Public, moved uptown, swept the Tonys, and then did the rare thing: it stayed. Cabinets still battle in cypher. King George still gets the laugh.
